Tanvi Modi is the founder of Lifestyle Atelier, a private concierge house in Dubai. She has spent more than a decade in lifestyle management, private client service and luxury hospitality, including six years in private servicing in Singapore.

A life in private concierge and lifestyle management
Tanvi Modi founded Lifestyle Atelier, a private concierge house in Dubai offering lifestyle management and concierge services to a select few, after more than a decade in private client service and luxury hospitality.
For six years in Singapore she cared for the lives of some of the world’s wealthy and private individuals and families, first as a Senior Lifestyle Manager and later leading the private servicing team. From the most luxurious private trips to the smallest moments of an ordinary day: the table everyone wanted, the anniversary remembered, the problem solved before it was spoken. She arranged them all with care, and learned that the best of it is never seen.
Before that, she shaped restaurants, bars and private events across Singapore’s dining scene, where she came to know hospitality from the inside.
How Lifestyle Atelier came to be
After years in private service, I came to understand that it all begins with remembering and ends with care. The way someone takes their coffee. The table they love. The date that holds meaning for them.
Lifestyle Atelier is built around that quiet attentiveness: one membership, one Lifestyle Manager, and care that is never divided, so that you are free to simply live.

A Lifestyle Manager looks after the everyday and the exceptional: travel, the right tables, private events and the many small needs of a full life. What sets a good one apart is memory. Over time they come to know your preferences, and quietly arrange things before you think to ask. It is the principle Tanvi built the House on, and the quality she believes matters most in a concierge service in Dubai.

Lifestyle Atelier looks after private individuals and families with demanding lives, who would rather spend their time on what matters to them. There is one membership, with no tiers, extended to a select few so that attention is never divided. For those whose time is their most precious asset, that is where its value lies.
